Throughout my career at organizations like NCBA Bank and RSwitch Ltd, I saw firsthand the power of strong leadership, clear strategy, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
While I loved the challenge of driving business objectives, my passion truly lies in human potential. I realized that my most fulfilling moments came from mentoring team members, fostering growth, and helping others navigate complex challenges. This led me to pursue formal coach training, culminating in an Executive Diploma in Professional Coaching and certification with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – the gold standard in the coaching industry.
